NICProfiler
provides you an efficient way to obtain quick and accurate
profiles of your site visitors. These profiles help your
sales and marketing teams better understand your site
audience, their pains, target interests and needs. Your NICProfiler will intercept or subtly encourage visitors
at your site to fill in a detailed survey that covers all
necessary data that you configure. The results are presented through a back office
module in charts and graphs for integration into future
marketing/media campaigns.
METHODOLOGY
- Our marketing consultants will work with you to finalize the research objectives and develop the survey(s), which typically includes 15 to 20 questions.
- The survey is generated through online forms and is hosted on our servers – securely. Graphics and look and feel of your brand will be maintained on the
survey(s). Survey respondents are invited to participate in the survey(s) through a banner- invitation, static boxes, or pop-up window strategically placed throughout the sections of your web site you want to profile.
- Multiple surveys can be made to target different audiences; visitors on different pages – all customizable through the backoffice administration section. · Respondents answer questions in the survey using radio buttons, checkboxes, tables and open-ended text boxes. After submitting the survey, data is automatically loaded into a proprietary NICProfiler statistical package for viewing in the administration module.
- Your survey(s) will remain in the field until you choose to archive. All archived statistics remain in tact as long as you like. Survey statistics can be viewed during the data collection period and afterwards.
